I am at Avondale and my exams are finished!!!!!!!!!!1

Well, today is Saturday. Another week, another long week.

Ok, my week ...

My first exam was on Wednesday and it was CRAP!!!! Totally dodgy!! I mean, exams are never nice - I don't think I have ever heard one person ever say yeah, man that exam was the best experience I have ever had. Nah, exams are from hell. I just have to figure out a way to prove it :)

Anyway, it was Health Science 3 and it was all about CTscans, MRIs, drugs, drug calculations, drug side effects, drug trade names and generic names and just so much it was crazy. But I hope I passed. I did my best.

My second exam was on Friday. It was Utilising Research and it much easier. but I was very very tired from staying up late the night before "studing". So I was yawning within five minutes of starting the exam. But yes, it is over too. And i hope I passed that one too.

Friday night we had busload go up for first church at Avondale. Acts 2 took it and they were brilliant. It was fanastic. I am so proud of all my friends who were part of it. Good on them.

Had church and lunch at Wahroonga which was good. Slept for roughtly 3hrs. Walked with Kel to Taramurra (1hr and 20mins there and back). Got back and watched  movie (note to all: the movie Woman on top is CRAP! don't see it) and have spend so long on the computer it is crazy. Strange how a box like feature connected to electricity can be so amusing and entertaining. Ok, you can tell I am tried I am complaining about being entertained ?!?! Strange.

Anyway, hope everyone is good. I haven'thad too many comments lately. I need feedback people. If my writing style is boring tell me and suggest ways of making my blog more interesting ... for the sake of the readers. If not for yourself for other readers.

Well, this is the first exam week. Man!!! I really need to start studying. i am hopeless. I need to get motivated. You would think that the thought of failing would scare me into study but at the moment it doesn't seem to be working. Oh no!!!!!

Well, went to First Church on Friday night and it rocked (like always, this semester). Got to catch up with everyone - Chris, Kristin, becky, taylor, casey, Daniel, and everyone else. it was great.

On Saturday we visited the Waitara church. It was great. Everyone was so super friendly and we got invited to so much stuff - super people! but then majority of our group wanted to go back to Wahroonga church to listen to a famous guy speak. I had never heard of him but that is ok. his name is Allan Lindsay. Seems to be an expert on E.G.White. It was interesting.

We had lunch at Wahroonga church too. My first luncheon there. Good food and lots of people.

When we got back to the Res we heard that Adrian was sick and had gone to the doctor who send him to emergency care in hospital. He had the shakes, high temp, bad headache, bad s tomach pains etc. He got blood tests and X rays done. he ended p being in hospital from noon to almot 7pm. Wow!! We all discovered how boring a hospital can be, even in emergency.

Watched Tv until I talked Brandon on the phone, which like always is tons of fun. Poor bugger - sounds like he misses his friends so much and hates work. Imagine having to listen to country music for 5days a week at work every three weeks. I reckon that n that week he should get paid extra just because of the country music.

On Sunday I had a beautiful sleep in, then spend time with Kel, and then down in boys dorm with leith, ashley, steven and AJ. It was fun. Kel, Ashley, Leith and I then went out for dinner at cool restaurant. It was fun to just go out and do something different for a change. So of course to continue with the change Kel and I thought let's watch a movie as everyone else is studying and we want to be different. :) It was fun.

Then at exactly 4:04am this morning we rang Taylor and told him Happy 20th birthday. Ah, it was fun. Pity we didn't actually wake him up. We thought we would have but no, his phone had a dead battery. Pity. But he did call us later today and told us that he had received the message and he had smiled. This is always a good thing.

Now it is also 11am on Monday and I still haven't started studying. Been chasing up people and lecturers etc. All fun but I promise I will start after lunch at the latest. I promise :)

Wow, it has been a week already, I can't believe it. Time just goes so fast.

Ok, I went on my Aboriginal Walkabout on Sunday and it was so cool. Really spiritually and physically changelling. I am getting more and more interested about different cultures. It is so much fun to figure out how different people work.

On Monday my first class was at 11am. Ah, now that was beautiful. In the afternoon I slept and watched movies. Beautiful!!

On Tuesday after class, Yolanda, Kel and myself went to Hornsby and watched the tennis movie (started with W and I don't know how to spell it - don't ya just hate that). It was really good. We then rushed home to Yolanda's place so I could have my first driving lesson with Yolanda's mum. Can you imagine, your first driving lesson and it is nighttime. AH, so silly. But I loved it. Very cautious and scared but oh, so much fun. The other cars are so intimidating but I enjoyed it. I can't wait till I am the world's safest driver. Ah, my dream. Then we had a late tea (didnt' finish till 10ish) and stayed up chatting for ages.

Woke up early on Wednesday. So tired. Went to class. Hang out with the girls on Wednesday. Went to basketball and the game was so close. Our boys are getting better. We didn't lose by so much this time. Then Ashley, Kel, Sonia (3rd yr) and myself stayed up eating pizza at the pool. It was fun and we did a lot of talking.

Thursday I didn't have clinical or lab. IT was great. My first real day off. And I loved it. I got to sleep in, watch a movie, clean my room (about bloody time) and kinda just get my life into order). Oh, I also went to Turramurra to do some food shopping.

Friday I went to class and now I am procastinating before I go and finish my room for Sabbath. I am here this weekend so I can study for my exams.  Tonight we are going to First Church at Avondale - cna't wait!! Only 4 more hours to go. :)

On Sunday night we are going to Hillsong. It is suppose to be the loudest church in Sydney. And the biggest. It should be an experience that I will not forget. :)

Yeah, it is the weekend! Well, I am working tomorrow - wonderful, but at least I have a bir of a sleepin ..... on Monday. Yes, I know it is strange. Let me explain my weekend.

Kristin is coming back from QLD tonight so we are travelling back to Cooranbong together. Then I work from 7:30am to 1pm at Charlies. I catch the train and bus back here by 5 or 6ish. Hang out and stuff. Yolanda will come and spend the night. Yipee! She is dcoming with me on Sunday.

Sunday get up around 7am and head out to the Blue Mountains for a Aboriginal Walkabout and we will get back around 8pm. Sounds like a fun day - tough hiking, some swimming and getting Aboriginal paint put on me etc. Yolanda will stay the night again

Monday classes have all been cancelled except my 11am one so I get a bit of a sleepin which I think I will need. :)

And on Tuesday I get my first driving lesson. How cool is that? I am so excitied. I am going to be crap but I am going to practice tons and tons.

Well, Sabbath seems so long ago. Sunday I slept and Monday I slept. It was great. Well, the next half of Sunday I worked on 2000word Utilisitng Research due on Tuesday and also on my Care Plan (it was so difficult - we had to make up basicaly everything). Tuesday, guess waht I did? I handed in those assignments. :) Wednesday I had a repeat of a test where I have to get 100% to pass. I have three free shots and then I have to pay $50 more to have another three goes.

Wednesday afternoon Taylor, Casey and Daniel turned up to visit their friends. It was so cool. Taylor cooked for us and everything. He is such a sweetie. :)

We then went and cheered on the nursing basketball team at Thorneigh. Kel Vogel, Kel and Clover were the loudest. I may joing them next time. I just enjoyed listening to Daniel, Taylor and Casey singing drunken songs whenever anyone got a goal. :) We lost but we still got to celebrate at Maccas.

We stayed up till early morning talking, laughing and hanging out :)

Came and gave the boys breakfast in bed (ok, so it was dogdy breakfast in bed but we still did it).

Worked around, found where Taylor used to live before he turned 2 and left Sydney. It is diagnonally across where my exboyfriend James used ot live when he was 2. So basically they never lived near each other but it was still interesting.

We then travelled into Chatswood and visited Kel's neurosurgeon. That went well. We then hopped on the train and at Tarrumarra we said our fond farewells to the boys. Thank you so much for coming. :)

We went food shopping and I got membership at the Video Ezy shop and we got out six movies. Yeah!!

Just finished one and now Kel is studying and I am emailing (duh!)

Well, my Sabbath has been great.

Went to church at Wahroonga (sermon was on vote 1 for Jesus), had lunch at Fox Valley, bumped into some Avondalians (wallace, bec, ben, dave, andrew lee) went out and saw Sydney with Avondalians, Leith, Ashley, Lynel, Clover, Kel, and Katrina. Saw Sydney Opera House, the Bridge, and just walked the streets, saw a thousand or so weddings which was crazy but anyway.

Then came home and it is only 8:30 but I am so tired. May just go to bed.
